So I decided to do something crazy during the month of May. A friend on Litsy hosts a Book Spin every month that helps choose which books you should read. In May, she decided to kick it up a notch by having everyone choose 20 books and see how many we can read in the month. The order of the books read will be determined by the Book Spin.
Here are my selections for the month:

- the Dark Half by Stephen King [review]
- Moriarty by Anthony Horowitz
- the Martian by Andy Weir [review]
- the Lies We Told by Camilla Way [review]
- the Seven Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle by Stuart Turton
- Heart Shaped Box by Joe Hill
- the Fifth Child by Doris Lessing
- War Horse (War Horse #1) by Michael Morpurgo
- the Vampyre and Other Tales of the Macabre by John William Polidori
- Foundryside by Robert Jackson Bennett
- Carmilla by J Sheridan Le Fanu
- Red Rising by Pierce Brown
- Well Met (Well Met #1) by Jen DeLuca
- the Mortal Immortal by Mary Shelley [review]
- Sherwood by Meagan Spooner [late review, finished in July]
- Swords and Scoundrels (Duelists trilogy #1) by Julia Knight
- a Change of Rules (Missing Shield #1) by LL Thomsen
- Winter’s Edge by Regina Clark
- the Last Wish (the Witcher #0.5) by Andrzej Sapkowski [late review, finished in July]
- Cat’s Cradle by Kurt Vonnegut Jr [late review, bailed book in June]
The reading order for this huge list is below:

Wish me luck! I’ve never read this many books in a month before.
